Hina there is two faces of your question one of your parents order and the second one is your interest. According to my personal experience in professional life.
If you are not interested in doctor field or any other field. you can't get success in this field. You will work on this just like a burden. But if you choose any other field which is related to your interests then I am 100% sure you can be successful. Because you do work happily and sincerely with your interest. You should make your interest as a passion. Because interest finished time by time but passion always increased.

yasir I am working with adsense last 2 years with SEO. In previous days most of my frinds from social network (Flixya) have been suspended due to invalid clicking. when this procedure was continue. I have get back my Adsense pub ID to Flixya. Because flixya is a sapm site. Flixya gives you lots of invalid clicks. I describe you how:

some visitors click the ad and close the ad it without reading. (Invalid Clicking)
Some visitors becomes a friend and gives you click daily. (Encourage for clicking)
Some visitors visit your site and gives you clicks. If you just visit their site even you don't click the ad. (Encourage clicking)

Good day dear. I am using adsense only for my blogs not flixya. Because flixya gives you much invalid clicks through members. thats why on there 90% chance to Adsense Account disabling. In previous days most of the members and also my friends disabled from google. The main reason is that they get invalid clicks from flixya. But they don't know. Therefore I don't use flixya as a earning source or earning plateform.
I am not put my adsense pub id in it. Google ads show always there is no need to remove ads. Adsense ads from flixya display all time. I am using flixya just for my site advertisement, friendship, entertainment and for connect to the social media.
You have earned 25 $ in 2 months. I can't say anything about your earning because I don't know the details about your work. Most of my friends ask me about seo and adsense. So I introduced myself as seo trainer in my new site very soon. I am not a SEO guru. I will just share my experience with my friends. If I get good response for this site.
